Affiliation Terms & Conditions

  1. All affiliate's inclusion to FAA WhatsApp groups, Social Media Networks, and FAA partners are subject to these terms and conditions.
  2. Affiliation is available to all qualifying individuals 18 years of age and over. Must be of African origin. 
  3. FAA reserves the right to refuse affiliation to any applicant and affiliation may be terminated at FAA’s discretion and without cause.
    If you are accepted as an affiliate, but it subsequently turns out that any or all of the information provided by you was misleading or false, FAA reserves the right to revoke the affiliation with immediate effect, without the right of appeal.
  4. FAA reserves the right to change the benefits, affiliation terms, and conditions that apply to FAA affiliation at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will, unless otherwise stated, take immediate effect. Affiliates are responsible for keeping themselves updated in relation to any changes to the terms and conditions.
  5. FAA affiliation and benefits cannot be used by anyone apart from the individual affiliate. 
  6. Cancellation will take immediate effect from the date on which the FAA Board receives notice of cancellation.

  7. You will not at any time during your affiliation(except as so far as is necessary) or afterward, disclose to any person any information as to the business, dealings, practice, accounts, finances, trading, software, know-how, affairs of FAA, FAA’s stakeholders or partners. All information held about FAA or in connection with FAA and any of the above is to be regarded as confidential. All notes, memorandum, records, and other documents of FAA in your possession are and shall remain the property of FAA and shall be handed over by the affiliate to FAA from time to time on demand and, in any event, upon the termination of your affiliation.
